Day 1: Getting back in the game

Wassup guys!

So on Monday, my friend Tiffany and I began working out for the first time in a long time. We actually spent and hour at the gym at her apartment complex.

To start off our workout routine, we began with the elliptical machine and spent about 20 – 30 minutes on it. Next we went on the treadmill and power walked on it for 21 minutes. Let me tell you something, I absolutely hate treadmills. Why? They aren’t that fun. We spent 22 minutes on the bikes then worked on arm workouts. We didn’t have work on Monday which was why we worked out instead.

It felt nice to workout again, even though it was not the hardcore intense workout we actually did something and that arm workout made my arms sore. I hope I can really keep this up for the rest of the summer!
